My husband is recovering from being hospitalised with Covid and he adores Deep Breath - this is highly significant because he previously was only a black tea drinker (with milk and sugar!)
Definitely reordering this ❤️

It's a really nice tea, it's especially nice it during the cold winter weather. Would definitely recccomend this one.
Being diagnosed with emphysema, I've been reluctant to go the bronco dilator/nebulizer route because of the chemicals involved and I detest pills. Having found Deep Breath has been a godsend for me, the heavy feeling with compression in my lungs is finally dissipating, with tars, mucous and the like coughed up of a morning. I'm also experiencing energy levels, when combined with good nutrition and electrolyte and mineral supplements, off the charts. I'm back to running, resistance training and living a healthy lifestyle again. Not bad for a 62 years young disabled veteran & dinosaur!!! So.... in gratitude....You Rawk, Tealyra!
I've been on an herbal kick lately and this is one that made the top of the list. The name implies needing it for a breathing or during sickness. But, i can drink a cup of this every morning and evening. There is a freshness and cleanliness that fills one soul with every cup.
Helps me with my asthma when I have build-up mucus in my lungs. Taste is very herbal and I add honey for the flavour. This is one of my 'medical' teas together with tip-top throat (which works magic), Echinacea ImmuniTea, and Eucalyptus tea. You can mix Deep Breath with more Eucalyptus for better effects if you're not bothered by the specific flavour of eucalyptus.
Just bought a little to try during the winter months but it immediately became a favorite.

Really terrible if you over steep it. Good If you get it right, but the cozy weather and mountain herb teas were better in my opinion for herbal tea options.
its got that eucalyptus astringent quality (without drying your mouth or throat), has a light citrus undertone and a floralness. It has some similar qualities to hops...but without the piney quality. Those all seem like competing flavors but its actually a pretty smooth and very drinkable cup of tea.
A pleasant tea to have around when you're sick. Anything that might help is a good choice in my book.

It works wonders but I unfortunately find it smells and tastes like pencil shavings and just cannot get past that. It honestly helped and worked so well just cannot get over the smell and taste.
